John Calto

John Calto, M&N’s operations manager, joined the company in 2005 after spending over seven years overseeing fixed income operations for Ronin Capital, LLC, a large proprietary trading firm in Chicago. At Ronin, he worked closely with traders, software developers and risk managers to implement several new trade management systems. Before that, John moved his way up from trading clerk to options broker and trader on the floor of the Chicago Board of Trade. At M&N, John manages all non-trading related business, overseeing the IT department, communicating with exchanges and clearing firms, and managing in-house information and proprietary materials.
